Ling Woo Liu produced and directed Officer Tsukamoto while studying
documentary filmmaking at the UC Berkeley Graduate School
of Journalism.

She has worked as a reporter for the Associated Press, StirTV
(on AZN Television) and China Central Television.

Ling is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. She currently resides
in Hong Kong, where she reports for TIME Asia magazine.
